Mission Statement The Creekview/Pierpoint Home Owners Association, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation organized in 1995, established to preserve, maintain, and enhance the home and property values of homeowners within the association.
Organization & Administration
The Creekview/Pierpoint Association at Faires Farm is comprised of approximately 211 homes. The Association is run by a Board of Directors elected to alternating 3 year terms by the homeowners owners at the annual Homeowner's meetings held each December at the club house. Each homeowner owner is entitled to one vote per home owned. The Board in turn elects the officers, who meet sometimes quarterly, sometimes monthly, to discuss the business of the Association. The Board of Directors hires a management company to administer the day to day business of the Association. The management company, CAM, administers the billing, carries out maintenance requests and provides information.
Purpose
Our Association was formed to allow the homeowners the ability to administer and manage their community. The Association's purpose is to educate, administer policies, enforce the covenants and restrictions, which legally bind all homeowners to specific guidelines, and act as a clearinghouse for ideas and practices that encourage successful operation and management of our homes and common areas. The Association's mission is to foster effective homeowners' communication and to forge a spirit of community harmony
